Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return Email us at alaa.arab73@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
